個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷摘要

本人于一九八三年二月在中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)獲得理學(xué)碩士，畢業(yè)后在協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)從事分子藥理學(xué)教學(xué)三年后赴美讀博士學(xué)位。在著(zhù)名的分子藥理和毒理學(xué)教授 （Boyd P. & Elsie D. Welin Professor） 陳景虹（J.C. Shih）博士的指導下于一九九二年三月獲得美國南加州大學(xué)藥學(xué)院（USC, School of Pharmacy）藥學(xué)博士。研究論文的主要內容是首次克隆了人和小鼠的五羥色胺二型受體的編碼基因以及在染色體中的結構。該項研究結果分別發(fā)表在美國神經(jīng)研究和分子腦研究雜志。并與陳教授一起撰寫(xiě)了五羥色胺受體的分子生物學(xué)綜述并發(fā)表在美國 “藥理，生化和行為“ 雜志。

畢業(yè)后本人曾先后在美國三家藥廠(chǎng)從事新藥研發(fā)，參與了多個(gè)臨床研究申報(IND) 和新藥注冊申報(NDA)過(guò)程， 并積累了19年藥物研發(fā)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗，此外在進(jìn)入美國藥物工業(yè)領(lǐng)域藥物研發(fā)之前還有近10年的分子藥理學(xué), 分子生物學(xué)的學(xué)院研究和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。

曾參與肉毒桿菌神經(jīng)毒素制劑改良的新藥臨床研究許可(IND)全過(guò)程。建立了免疫抗體酶學(xué)吸附測試方法。主持了五項藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)方面的研究并發(fā)表了六份研究報告。 該項改良制劑的申請已獲得FDA批準并進(jìn)入了多項臨床研究階段。獲杰出獎一次。

曾參與第四代治療青光眼藥物Lumigan 的注冊申報。該藥于2001年3月獲得美國FDA 批準上市。在參與研發(fā)過(guò)程中，曾合作發(fā)表論文兩篇及申報專(zhuān)利一件。此外還參與了多個(gè)滴眼液，眼后置入緩釋顆粒和口服制劑的研發(fā)和申報，參與了多項藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)和毒理動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究并發(fā)表了多份研究報告。獲杰出獎一次。

曾參與兩個(gè)治療神經(jīng)性疼痛的口服鎮痛藥物及一個(gè)治療神經(jīng)性疼痛的皮下給藥鎮痛藥物研發(fā)(IND)。獲FDA 批準后配合臨床研究進(jìn)行藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)方面的研究。負責多項藥理和藥代方面的研究。發(fā)表研究報告數十份。獲杰出獎兩次。

負責新藥研發(fā)平臺項目新藥篩選中藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)方面的研究。先后負責建立了多個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)藥物的免疫酶聯(lián)測定方法和方法的規范化，全部應用于新藥的注冊申報中。負責生物科技藥物的藥代, 毒代動(dòng)力學(xué)研究和發(fā)展, 并領(lǐng)導活體動(dòng)物影像生物新技術(shù)的研發(fā)和在藥物局部擴散領(lǐng)域的應用.

1998-1 -- 1999-5 美國CYTOVIA 制藥公司

曾經(jīng)在美國CYTOVIA 制藥公司任高級研究員。主要從事抗細胞凋亡的Di-peptide 藥物的設計，開(kāi)發(fā)和臨床前藥理研究。在此期間曾發(fā)表論文兩篇，并申請專(zhuān)利兩件。

主要從事GABA 受體的分子藥理和分子生物學(xué)研究。曾成功克隆了多個(gè)參與人類(lèi)細胞凋亡酶蛋白的基因和GABA神經(jīng)受體蛋白基因。首次成功克隆了人GABAa 阿爾法四型受體并完成了對該受體蛋白的基因表達。此表達系統曾應用于藥物篩選。在此期間發(fā)表論文數篇。

在藥學(xué)院分子生物化學(xué)實(shí)驗室研究工作期間參與了五羥色胺 受體蛋白的分離和提取等蛋白質(zhì)生物化學(xué)工作.  自1987年1月開(kāi)始博士學(xué)位的學(xué)習.  指導教授為杰出的美籍華人科學(xué)家, 臺灣科學(xué)院院士, 南加大藥學(xué)院獲有終身藥學(xué)貢獻的陳景虹博士.  博士學(xué)位學(xué)習期間所完成的研究論文的題目是”五羥色胺 受體蛋白的基因克隆和基因結構分析”。參加了多次神經(jīng)科學(xué)會(huì )議并發(fā)表了數篇研究論文.

1983-1 – 1985-12      北京中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)藥理室

任助理研究員。在著(zhù)名藥理學(xué)家王振綱的領(lǐng)導下從事生物鈣離子調節平滑肌的研究. 研究結果曾在中國藥理學(xué)會(huì )年會(huì )上報告.  其間還擔任醫大學(xué)生的藥理教學(xué)并從事甲狀旁腺激素的藥理學(xué)研究。 指導兩名中國協(xié)和醫大1989和1990屆學(xué)生的科研訓練.  此期間曾發(fā)表論文數篇。

1980-9 – 1983-2  北京中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)碩士研究生班

就讀于中國醫學(xué)科學(xué)院協(xié)和醫科大學(xué)研究生院碩士班, 碩士研究生的導師為中國藥理學(xué)界著(zhù)名的金蔭昌和王振綱教授. 在碩士學(xué)位學(xué)習期間所完成的研究論文的題目是甲狀旁腺激素對平滑肌細胞內鈣離子的調節及其機理的研究. 于一九八三年二月獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位
